Gift Granted is the class dog of this race, he is a multiple city winner in sub 30 seconds and has been in the money 8 of 10 runs on the track. Gift Granted is a very versatile dog who can lead or come from just off the pace. Quoted $5.5o in early market but I’d be very surprised if he comes up at those odds. As long as he avoids trouble early he is the one to beat.

HORSAM:

RACE 8 NUMBER 6 MODERN HALO ***

Modern Halo has won his 2 last starts in slightly stronger races then this. Before that he was racing the likes of Surgeon, Bo Frazier and Tizz Magic. Modern Halo can be a bit hit and miss from the boxes but with any luck at all he should be too good for them.
